Transplant Sport Golf Event

A Golf Tournament is taking place on 28th September 2021 at Sandwell Park Golf Club, West Bromwich, Birmingham.

The Tournament will take place at:

Sandwell Park Golf Club, Birmingham Rd, West Bromwich B71 4JJ

Bacon butties will be provided before the round and a two course meal will be available after the round.

Tee off time is 11:00.

For the safety and well being of all attending, please follow the Covid-19 requirements that have been put in place:

1. Adult only (Age >18) Participants and Supporters.
2. ALL participants and supporters will need to have received two doses of a COVID 19 vaccine, and produce a copy of their vaccine passport downloaded from the NHS app at registration of each event.
3. ALL participants and supporters will need to undertake a COVID PCR test within 48-72 hours of the event and present the text or email result of a negative test on the day of the event.
4. ALL participants and supporters will need to have a lateral flow test at registration on the day of the event.
